Mısır ve Buğday Temeline Dayalı Rasyonlarda Kurutulmuş Çözünürlü Damıtık Tahıl (DDGS) Kullanımının Japon Bıldırcınlarında Performans ve Karkas Özelliklerine Etkileri

In this study, it was investigated that the effects of usage of dried distilled grains with soluble (DDGS) in corn and wheat based diets on Japanese quail performance and carcass characteristics. A total of 192 mixed sex Japanese quails with 7-days of age were divided into four experimental groups with four replicates in random design. The experimental diets were; (1) corn based diet (M), (2) wheat based diet (B), (3) corn based diet with 20 % DDGS contained (MD) and (4) wheat based diet with 20 % DDGS contained (BD). The experimental diets were offered to respective quails for 4 weeks. Individual body weight and feed intake in group base were determined for each two weeks. Carcass traits were determined at end of the experiment in eight male and female quails (totally 16) for each group. The results of experiment showed that type of cereal and DDGS usage 20% in these diets did not a significant effect on body weight, feed intake and carcass traits in Japanese quails (p>0.05). In MD group, intestinal ratio was significantly higher than M and B groups, and total gastrointestinal system ratio was significantly higher than M group (p<0.05). In MD group, intestinal ratio was higher than M and B groups and total gastrointestinal system ratio was higher than M group (p<0.05).

Bu çalışmada mısır ve buğday temeline dayalı rasyonlarda kurutulmuş çözünürlü damıtık tahıl (DDGS) kullanımının Japon bıldırcınlarında performans ve karkas özelliklerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada 7 günlük yaşta 192 adet karışık cinsiyette Japon bıldırcını kullanılmış, civcivler tesadüf parselleri deneme palanında 4 muamele grubunda 4 tekerrürlü olarak yerleştirilmiştir. Muamele grupları (1) Mısır ağırlıklı rasyon (M), (2) Buğday ağırlıklı rasyon (B), (3) % 20 DDGS içeren mısır ağırlıklı rasyon (MD) ve (4) % 20 DDGS içeren buğday ağırlıklı rasyon (BD) olarak oluşturulmuştur. Rasyonlar bıldırcınlara 4 hafta boyunca verilmiştir. Bıldırcınlarda bireysel canlı ağırlık (CA) ve grup düzeyinde yem tüketimi (YT) her iki haftalık dönemlerde saptanmıştır. Karkas değerleri araştırma sonunda her gruptan kesilen 8 adet erkek ve dişi cinsiyetteki (toplam 16) bıldırcında belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları, mısır ve buğdaya dayalı bıldırcın rasyonlarında tahıl tipi ve % 20 oranında DDGS kullanımının CA, YT ve yemden yararlanma katsayısı (YDK) ile karkas değerleri üzerine önemli bir etkisinin olmadığını göstermiştir (p>0.05). MD grubunda barsak oranı M grubundan ve toplam sindirim sistemi oranı M grubundan önemli derecede yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0.05). MD grubunda barsak oranı M ve B gruplarından ve toplam sindirim sistemi oranı M grubundan önemli derecede yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0.05)
